Kohler Engine Parts
- Kohler Coil # 231281 (1st picture) This is a new genuine Kohler coil still packed in the original un-opened box. This came from a local International Harvester dealership that closed back in the 1990's. There were 2 of these, I sold the other one and when the new owner opened it up, he found the coil wrapped in old newspapers from the 1960's. So I'm pretty sure this one is a vintage coil from the 60's as well (the boxes were identical).

- Starter This is a new aftermarket starter that fits cast iron Kohler single cylinder engines (such as K241, K301, K321, K341, and K361). I believe it's a replacement for Kohler #4509809 or 4509809S. No brand name markings on the starter and just the number "5761N" on the box.

- Points & Condensers (upper left in 2nd picture) These are new genuine Kohler 47 150 03-S points still in the original package. And # 31-14953 condenser. I have two sets of these available.

- Fuel Pump (top center of 2nd picture) This is a new aftermarket fuel pump for Kohler engines. PrimeLine part number 7-08008 (replaces Kohler # 47 559 02). Still in the original box with bags containing the inlet/outlet fittings, gasket, etc.

- Another fuel pump (center of 2nd picture) This is a new aftermarket fuel pump for Kohler engines. PrimeLine part number 7-08011 (replaces Kohler # 47 559 04). Still in the original box but a previous owner has already installed the inlet & outlet fittings and it is missing the gasket.

- Stens 100-016 air filter (on the right in the 2nd picture) Replaces Kohler 47 083 03-S1. Bag has been opened but filter is new unused.

- Spark plug wire (lower left in 2nd picture) This is a new aftermarket spark plug wire for Kohler K181 through K582 engines. PrimeLine part number 7-01700 (replaces Kohler 238057). Package has been opened but wire inside appears to be unused. Includes an extra 90 degree rubber boot.

- Kohler 235118-S breather filter (bottom center of 2nd picture) This is a new genuine Kohler crankcase breather filter still in the original package.

- 0.020" under connecting rod (lower right of 2nd picture) This is a new unused 0.020" under connecting rod for Kohler K-series single cylinder engines. I believe this is an aftermarket rod. Has the numbers "47 059 04" cast into one side and "Saint Bird" on the other side. Previous owner wrote "14hp" on the protective sleeve covering the dipper, but I believe this rod may also fit K301 (12hp) and possibly K341 (16hp) engines.

- Kohler 4775506 PARTIAL kit (not pictured) This is a PARTIAL Kohler coil mounting kit. It includes the points-to-coil wire with terminals & rubber grommet and a plastic bag containing a nut, bolt, and a couple of washers. Appears to be missing the flat metal plate with 2 holes.

DR Mower 15 & 17 HP Kawasaki Maintenance Kit:

This is a PARTIAL #244151 AT3 maintenance kit for DR mowers with Kawasaki 15-FH430V-KAI and 17-FH541V-KAI engines. I say "partial" because this does not include all of the items shown / listed in the full kit on the DR website.

- (1) 1/2" x 33" drive belt (Carlisle Aramax Blue Ribbon V-belt #AK31).

- Goodyear 71166 snowmobile belt (2nd picture) This is a new unused belt that has been sitting around collecting dust for a while. It is in a Kimpex package with part number 10-127A. Some online listings show this as fitting various Arctic Cat Jag & El Tigre models from 1976 to 1980, along with 1975 Columbia C-400 / C-440, Mercury 340 / 440, 1999 Polaris 440 XCR, and 1995 Polaris Indy Starlite.

Case / Ingersoll Belts:

One is a #C23358 that is a PTO to mower deck drive belt. This fits 200 series tractors with J, K, L, M, and N series LH discharge mower decks. Also fits 3000 series tractors with early model RM38, RM44, RM44GR, and RM48 mower decks.

The following are USED parts that I have left over from various projects or parts tractors.

Wheel Weights

Two sets of Bolens cast iron wheel weights that fit garden tractors with 12" rear wheels that have the weight mounting holes spaced 8-½" center-to-center. The center holes in these weights are 5" in diameter.
- Set #1
  
  This set of wheel weights came off a Bolens garden tractor. They weigh approximately 47 pounds each and include the four J-shaped mounting bolts. They have the numbers "172 4712 3" cast into them. Additional pictures available upon request.

- Set #2
  
  This is another set of wheel weights that also came off a Bolens garden tractor. Very similar to set #1 above but these have the "BOLENS" name cast into them. A previous owner painted them black. Additional pictures available upon request.

Electric PTO Clutches
I have two good used Warner Electric PTO clutches available. Both have been tested (hooked up to a battery) and found to be working. Pictures available upon request.

One is off a Craftsman DLT2000 lawn tractor. Warner Electric part number 5215-134. Also marked "FHP 174367" on the tag. Has a 1" diameter bore, a 2-wire plug, and a 6" diameter single-groove V-belt pulley. Will likely fit many other AYP (American Yard Products) / Craftsman / Husqvarna mowers. Includes the anti-rotation bracket.

The other is a Warner Electric part number 5210-10. This also has a 1" diameter bore, 2-wire plug, and single 6" diameter pulley. Case / Ingersoll Garden Tractor Parts

The following USED parts were removed from various Case / Ingersoll lawn & garden tractors.
- Front Axle and Tie Rod
  Good used front axle and tie rod that were removed from a 1978 Case 224. I believe these will fit most 200 series Case / Ingersoll tractors (such as models 210, 220, 222, 224, and 226). Might also fit the newer 3000 series models too. Pictures available upon request.
  
  The axle is straight (not bent or twisted) and doesn't appear to have excessive wear in the center pivot or spindle holes. According to the parts catalogs, this axle is part number C18812. Includes the #C22568 center pivot pin and #C22278 retainer.

  The tie rod is in good condition and I believe its part number C21530. The ball joint ends are in good useable condition (they look a bit newer than the rod).

- Holding Valve
  
  Good used holding valve with tubes removed from a 1978 Case 224. This is the optional "hill holding" valve that automatically regulates the oil flow exiting the tractor's hydraulic drive motor to prevent downhill "runaway" without having to manually move the control lever to the retard position. I believe the valve itself and the rear tube (the un-painted one) will fit nearly all Case / Ingersoll 200, 400, and 600 series tractors. However, the two front tubes (with orange paint) are specific to the 200 series tractors. I have tested this on a running tractor and it is in good working condition. - TCV Linkage Rod
  Travel control linkage rod off an early model Case 220 or 222. This was off a single spool (manual attachment lift) valve. Ball joint swivel is in good condition. Pictures available upon request.

- Oil Reservoirs
  
  I have two Case / Ingersoll hydraulic oil reservoirs available. Both are in good condition but had been sitting around in the previous owner's garage for quite a while without any caps so they might have some dirt / debris inside that should be flushed out before use.
  
  I believe the metal reservoir fits 200 & 400 series tractors from the early 1970's. Note that this has a 3/4" outlet fitting on the bottom (I've seen others that are 1").
  
  I believe the black plastic reservoir fits mid/late 1970's through early/mid 1980's Case / Ingersoll 200 & 400 series tractors. It includes the pump inlet hose with clamps.

- Muffler Heat Shields
  
  I have one of these Case / Ingersoll muffler heat shields still available. These fit 200 & 400 series tractors with under-hood mufflers.
  - The one pictured in the upper left corner has been SOLD.

  - The one pictured in the upper right corner has been SOLD.
  - The one pictured in the lower right corner has some minor bending but very minimal surface rust. And it's also shaped different than the others (no 45° bends, only 90's).

- Hydraulic Pump Mounts & Lovejoy Coupler Halves
  
  Two hydraulic pump mounts for 200 & 400 series tractors powered by Kohler engines (such as models 220, 222, 224, 442, and 444). Part number C15335. All are in good condition with good threads for the pump mounting bolts. The black mount pictured here has been SOLD but I have another orange one available.

  Two of the Lovejoy coupler halves are L-099 with 1" bore. Both of these are in good condition but but one does have a few nicks & gouges on the back edge.

- Kohler Engine Mounting Plates
  
  I have 2 pairs of these Kohler engine mounting plates available, plus a single LH one. The 2nd pair down from the top have been SOLD.
  These fit early 70's through 80's Case & Ingersoll 200 & 400 series garden tractors with Kohler single cylinder engines. Part numbers C17717 & C17718.
  Some of these still have rubber mounts in them that will likely need to be replaced. One of the RH ones (upper one in the photo) appears to have a small amount of distortion around the bolt holes where it attaches to the engine oil pan. Also, the bolt holes in one pair (shown near the bottom of the photo) are not countersunk like all the others.

- Hood Heat Shields from Ingersoll 4018 w/Briggs Vanguard
  Set of good used heat shields removed from a 1999 Ingersoll 4018 tractor. I believe these shields were only used on 30xx and 40xx series tractors with Briggs Vanguard engines. According to the parts catalog, they are part numbers: C33567, C33568, C33569, and C33560. The pieces that fit up inside the hood are in very good condition. The two side pieces have some surface rust (and minor pitting) in a few areas.

- Headlight Buckets
  Three pairs of J.W. Speaker headlight buckets from Case / Ingersoll tractors. I believe these were also used in some Jacobsen, Ford, Gilson, and possibly other lawn & garden tractors that used Speaker 777 (glass lens) or 780 (plastic lens) headlight assemblies. All of these have some tarnish and light surface rust that will need to be cleaned up and re-plated or painted to make them look nice. Pictures available upon request.

Kohler K-series Engine Parts

The following are USED parts for various Kohler K-series (K241, K301, K321, etc.) single cylinder cast iron engines. I believe most of these were originally from Case or Ingersoll garden tractors.
- Engine Blocks
  
  I have 3 blocks available. One of each size (K241, K301, and K321). I don't have a real accurate bore gauge, but from what I could measure, the K241 block appears to have minimal cylinder wear (a couple thousandths or so) and may still work with a standard size piston after some light honing to clean up the bore (they all have some light surface rust from sitting). The K301 block has a bit more wear (around 9 or 10 thousandths at the worst spot) so it will likely need to be bored for a 0.020" oversize piston. The K321 block seems to have already been bored 0.030" over and has 5 thousands or so of wear over that. I don't know if this one will clean up at 0.040" over or if it will need a sleeve. Some of these blocks have some bolts broken off in the holes next to the exhaust port. Additional photos available upon request.

- Crankshafts
  
  I also have 3 crankshafts available. They all have short 1" diameter output shafts for use with Lovejoy couplers in Case / Ingersoll garden tractors. Two of these crankshafts are out of K301 engines and I believe they will also fit K321's as well (same 3.250" stroke). The rod journals on these K301 cranks are standard size but have some wear and will need to be ground 0.010" or possibly 0.020" undersize. One of them also has a broken flywheel retainer "stud" that will need to be drilled & tapped for a bolt. The third crankshaft is out of a K241 and has had the rod journal ground 0.020" under so it is ready for use with a new 20 under connecting rod. Additoinal photos available upon request.

- Flywheels
  And I have 2 flywheels available as well. One has "236288" casting number. The other is # "47 300 01". Both are in good condition including the magnets and ring gears. Pictures available upon request.

- Camshafts
  I have 3 camshafts available. One of them is in good condition and marked according to the engine size (K241). Although from what I understand, the 241, 301, and 321 all use the same cam. The other two are in okay condition and were not marked. All include the lifters (tappets) and center pin. Pictures available upon request.

- Cam Covers & Dipsticks
  I also have 5 cam covers and 3 dipsticks available. Three of the cam covers are the style without the dipstick and two are the style with the dipstick. One of the ones with the dipstick is a little loose where the tube goes into the cover (might need to be crimped a little and/or some sealer added to the joint). Pictures available upon request.

- Bearing Plates
  I have 5 of these available. Two of them have the casting number "45 156 02". Two of them have the casting number "235815". And the fifth one (casting number "45 156 01") has a chunk broken off the edge. The broken out piece will be included for someone that can weld it back in place. Pictures available upon request.

- Governor Parts
  I have 6 governor gear assemblies, 5 shafts & bushings, 6 levers, 6 springs, and 5 stop pins available. Note that one of the levers has a small offset bend in it where the others are straight. Most of the levers are in good condition but a couple of them have noticeable wear in the hole for the throttle rod. Some of the bushings are worn more than others. Earlirest buyers will get the best ones. Pictures available upon request.

- Throttle & Choke Brackets

- Oil Pans
  I have 3 of these used oil pans available. These were originally off Case/Ingersoll garden tractors but might also fit other applications. One of them has the numbers "47 200 0" cast inside. The other two have the numbers "47 200 02" cast inside. One of them has a broken mounting bolt in one of the holes. Pictures available upon request.

- Cylinder Heads
  Two used cylinder heads. One has the spark plug hole centered between the valves. The other has the plug hole over the exhaust valve. Pictures available upon request.

- Air Cleaner Housings
  One complete assembly and two bases available. The complete assembly has a good base but there a few dents in the lid. The larger of the two bases has some damage (cracks & missing pieces) around the mounting holes. The smaller of the two bases looks to be in fair condition but does have a bent tab. - Flywheel Shrouds
  Three flywheel shrouds and some other shields. Decals on the flywheel shrouds indicate that the two with provisions for a gear drive starter were off a K241 and K321. The other one (used with a starter/generator) was off a K301. Some of the top shroud pieces (that go over the cylinder head) have some bends & cracks in them. Pictures available upon request.

- Stators
  Two charging system stators. Both appear to be in good useable condition. I tested them with an ohmmeter to make sure the coil windings are not burned out or short circuited to ground. Pictures available upon request.

  I have 3 of these Delco starter / generators available. I believe these all came off Kohler K-series engines but might also fit some of the early Briggs & Stratton single cylinder engines too. Additional pictures available upon request.
  - Model #1101875, serial 1A6. On the left in the photo. This one is missing the pulley, end plate, & brushes, and has a bent stud terminal. It's being sold as-is for parts or repair.

- Starter / Generator Pulleys & Flywheel Screens
  These are the pulleys that attach to the flywheel on engines used with the above listed starter / generators. One of them is a stamped steel construction that measures 8" OD at the pulley and has the mounting holes spaced 5-⅞" apart. This one includes the 4 screws that attach it to the flywheel.
  The other pulley is cast aluminum, measures 8-¼" OD, and has the mounting holes spaced 6-¼" apart.
  I also have 3 flywheel debris screens. I believe these were originally off Case garden tractors with starter/generators. They are flat (not dished) and measure 7-½" diameter.

  This is an American Bosch starter that I believe fits single cylinder Kohler K-series engines. It is stamped: "0599521M030SM". It has been bench tested and is in working condition.

Simplicity Sunstar / Deutz-Allis Ultima Parts

The following USED parts were removed from a couple Simplicity Sunstar / Deutz-Allis Ultima 1920 tractors.
- Drive Shaft
  This measures 19 ½" center-to-center of the U-joints and approximately 24 ⅜" overall length. One end has a 4-hole flange that bolts up to a Kohler Magnum flywheel. The other end has internal splines that slide over the splined shaft on the hydrostatic transmission. U-joints pivot freely without any noticeable slop.

  Appears to be in good condition. I think this is Simplicity part number 1674764SM.

- Hydraulic Valves
  I have two of these single-spool valves that control the hydraulic attachment lift cylinder. They look to be in good condition and don't appear to be showing any signs of leakage, but they were removed from non-running tractors so their working condition is unknown. Selling them as-is.   I also have two of these available. Both appear to be in good condition and not showing any signs of leakage. - Rear PTO Assembly (engine speed)
  I think this is a Simplicity #1692230 (or similar, tag is not readable) 3400 RPM (engine speed) rear PTO assembly. I believe this is used to power the grass collection system and sleeve hitch type rototiller attachments. According to a post I read on the simpletractors.com forum, these typically sell in the $350 to $500 range. I'm selling this one for considerably less due to the following condition issues:
  - I'm not real familiar with these but it appears as though the splines are stripped out of the input shaft.
  - The electric clutch appears to have some broken spot welds on the field coil assembly.
  - The electric clutch is un-tested other than hooking it up to a battery and verifying that it does click into the engaged position.
  - The wiring harness is missing the plastic connector shells and the switch is stuck due to rust.
  - The two rear bearings do spin free and mounting hardware is included.

John Deere 318 / 420 / Onan P218G / P220G Parts

The following USED parts were removed from a few different Onan P218G & P220G engines that came from John Deere 318 & 420 garden tractors.
- Electric PTO Clutch Adapter and Muffler Heat Shield.
  
  PTO Adapter: I have one of these electric PTO clutch mounting adapters available. I believe this is Onan # 190-0597 or John Deere # HE190-0597. It's in good condition with no cracks or stripped out threads. Includes a couple of the mounting bolts but no other hardware.

  Muffler Heat Shield: This shield / deflector / baffle is in good condition with just some minor surface rust in a few places. I believe this is John Deere part number M85227.

- Starter
  This is an aftermarket starter that replaces Onan 191-1949-05 used in applications such as John Deere 316, 318, and 420 garden tractors. It has the solenoid on the opposite side of the mounting ears.
  It was only used for a short time before I swapped the engine into a different tractor that required a starter with the solenoid 90 degrees to the mounting ears. It is in perfect working order and only has a few spots of tarnish / surface rust on the metal end cap.

White GT Parts

The following USED parts were in with a group of parts I purchased for a different tractor. I believe these fit White garden tractors such as GT-1655, GT-1855, and GT-2055 (possibly others).
- 3 Point Hitch Lower Draft Arm.
  
  Appears to be for the RH side (MTD #13129A0637) and includes the #13138 lift rod. Both ball ends move free (not seized).

- Front Axle Wheel Spindle.
  
  I believe this is part number 13001 for the LH side (has holes where both the tie rod and drag link attach). Appears as though it may be an NOS (new old stock part) ... no wear marks from use, but does have some minor surface rust from sitting around in the garage.

Toro Wheel Horse 520 Parts

The following USED parts were removed from a 1992 Toro WheelHorse tractor with an Onan P220G-I/10955C engine.
- Muffler & Heat Shields.
  This muffler is Toro part # 116471 and I believe it will fit most model 416 and 520 garden tractors with Onan engines. The muffler and pipes are in good condition with only some minor surface rust. All of the heat shields, deflectors, and exhaust pipe covers (part numbers 115783, 94-1803 / 114217, 114215-03 / 114249 / 114248) are included. The heat shields / deflectors / covers are in okay condition with some minor bent areas and there is one broken bolt that will need to be drilled out.

- Flywheel Guard, Wiring Harness, and Dash Light Module.
  
  Flywheel Guard (outer screen): Toro Wheel Horse part number NN10861. In good used condition. Includes the part # 118530 Toro name-plate logo and the 4 part # 82-1550 screws (not pictured) that attach it to the engine.

  Engine Wiring Harness: I think this might be Toro Wheel Horse part number NN10553. It has a 9-pin connector where it plugs into the tractor harness. It looks to be in good condition except for a couple minor issues. A terminal has been cut off one of the wires. And it appears as though the red wire was cut & re-routed around the 9-pin connector with a butt splice. Additional close-up photos of the harness showing these issues are available upon request.

  Dash Light Module: Part number 79-2130. This is in good used condition and includes the mounting hardware (not pictured). I tested this by connecting pin #12 to ground and applying +12V to pin #3 (the IGN terminal). When first powered up, all of the LED lights turn on (with the "oil" indicator one blinking) and then they all turn off after a few seconds.

  Good used hood spear / ornament removed from a Cub Cadet parts tractor. I believe this is Cub Cadet part number 731-3059 or IH part number 140338C1. Mounting screws are included but might not be the correct length for all models.

- Grille
  This came from the local IH dealership that closed back in the 90's. It might be a new grille but I am listing it as used because it has been sitting around at the dealership without any packaging and accumulated a fair amount of shelf wear. There are no cracks, gouges, or dents so it should clean up pretty good and a fresh coat of paint would probably make it look like new. I think this fits various 82-series garden tractors such as the 482, 582, 682, 782, and might also fit some of the similar looking later models. Looks like it might be IH #140198C1, or #223522C1, or Cub Cadet #719-3003. Includes the steel mesh inner backing.

- Wheel Weight
  This is a new old stock cast iron Cub Cadet wheel weight that was also found at the local IH dealership that closed back in the 90's. I believe it fits garden tractors with 12" rear wheels. It had been sitting around in a damp storage area of the old dealership building so it has a fair amount of paint loss and surface rust. I only have the one weight (not a pair).

Miscellaneous Parts

Some other miscellaneous parts left over from other projects:
- Briggs & Stratton Mufflers These fit various lawn tractors and other applications with vertical shaft flat head (side valve) engines in the 10 to 13 HP or so range. The one pictured at the upper left doesn't appear to have been used very much. The one pictured to the upper right has some surface rust but is still solid. It also includes a heat shield that fits over the outside of the muffler. No mounting bolts included with either muffler.

- John Deere GY20067 Idler Pulley This is a genuine John Deere part (not a generic replacement) still in the original package. The bag has been opened but the pulley has not been used.

- Mower Deck Lift Links I believe these are mower deck lift links for a lawn & garden tractor but the application is unknown. Possibly an older Roper or Sears Craftsman but I don't know for sure.

- Gas Tank and another Muffler I think these might have came off a Murray lawn tractor. The bottom of the gas tank is marked: "305851 NO HOLE", "305820 WITH SENSOR", and "309853 TRANSLUCENT". This would be the #305820 version with the fuel level sensor but it could probably be used as a suitable replacement for the other applications. The tank is clean inside and in good condition. The level sensor is untested. The muffler came off a Briggs & Stratton single cylinder OHV vertical shaft engine. It's ballooned out a little on the bottom and has some surface rust but otherwise looks to be in good usable condition. Includes the exhaust pipe.
